This role involves on-site work at customer locations in logistics warehouses across the United States, including deploying and installing robots, providing on-call support, and conducting field retrofits.
Key requirements include hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical equipment, familiarity with Linux and Windows GUI/CLI, basic wiring/electronics knowledge, ability to read engineering drawings, general networking understanding, and experience reading debug logs. A High School diploma or equivalent is needed, along with physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in uncomfortable conditions.
