Requirements

  • Series 65 license required (candidates with Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 licenses encouraged to apply and obtain Series 65 within 90 days of employment)
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance or Economics preferred
  • 3-5 years demonstrated advisory, client management, and plan management experience preferred
  • Certified Retirement Counselor certification preferred
  • Broad background in retirement products and general investment matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship building abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s business, products, and services
  • Consistently deliver a high level of proactive client service in a professional manner
  • Deliver a distinctive and thoughtful experience, providing appropriate advice for the client’s situation and securing confidence and business
  • Effectively produce and deliver plan review meetings (in-person or virtual)
  • Effectively deliver participant education and wellness seminars (in-person or virtual)
  • Achieve individual and team goals for service levels, growth, and retention for assigned book of business
  • Lead a team and achieve goals
  • Ensure conformance with entire company guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Maintain and update Salesforce on existing customers
