Requirements

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) for a period of 6 months, starting on September 1, 2025
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in retail development, automotive facilities, and design project management
  • Basic understanding of architectural design, construction systems, and documentation processes
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is preferred
  • Good English, written and spoken is essential. Proficiency in German or another European language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of design concept packages, test fits, and feasibility studies for retail and service facilities
  • Support the review of architectural and engineering (A/E) construction documents for alignment with brand standards and project requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on due diligence, permitting, and project coordination
  • Participate in the development of presentations and reports to communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct research on building codes, ADA compliance, and zoning/planning ordinances to support design and development decisions
  • Assist in managing vendor and consultant deliverables, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
  • Learn and utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite to contribute to design and documentation tasks
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Design Management team as needed
