- Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude when working with others
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document monthly head-to-toe assessments of each residential client in their home
- Maintain communication with agency management and the client's support team
- Accountability and documentation for Residential RN functions each month
- Complete Residential RN Orientation Training and ongoing training as required by the Department of Mental Health (DMH)
- Complete Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS) every 3 to 6 months for clients at risk of developing tardive dyskinesia (TD)
- If assigned, complete Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) duties, including attending Individual Support Plan meetings for residential clients
- Assist Regional Director in responding to reviews and audits as required by contractual guidelines
