Responsibilities

Provide clinical services including screening, brief interventions, facilitating treatment referrals, school consultation, and referrals to community supports as needed
Coordinate and integrate treatment with other therapists, psychiatry, case management, and service providers within and between agencies
Support the implementation of case review/school needs assessment process and provide direct services to students and parents/caregivers according to Tier eligibility
Partner with the Hub Director in the development and implementation of mental health workplans and social/emotional learning assessments
Oversee the timely and evidence-based delivery of clinical services for students within the Hub
Counsel individuals, families, or groups in an outpatient setting and develop/implement therapeutic treatment plans
Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, fostering a supportive and caring environment
Provide assistance and guidance to residents in daily living activities, including personal care, meal planning, and household chores
Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents
Facilitate group activities and therapeutic programs that promote skill development, socialization, and community integration
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' progress, incidents, and significant observations
Collaborate effectively with residential nurse, supervisor, director, and team to promote safety, security, and recovery goals
