Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts for residential projects using AutoCAD
- Develop and update construction documents based on design specifications, field measurements, and client requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with residential building codes, zoning requirements, and company drafting standards
- Revise and finalize plans based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers
- Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, and version control throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design conflicts, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy
