What is the compensation range for this psychiatrist position?

The compensation range is $300,000 - $375,000 a year, with generous ‘above market’ compensation, unlimited/uncapped earnings, sign-on bonus, and production bonus.

Is this a remote or hybrid role, and what are the work arrangements?

This is a hybrid role with 100% outpatient work, flexible full-time or part-time schedules (20 hours week+), no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. Locations are in and around the Salt Lake City area including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.

What qualifications and skills are required for this psychiatrist role?

Candidates must be fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry with unencumbered DEA, and experienced in both medication management and therapy. Bi-lingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
