This is a part-time position.
The role is based at both Bar Ilan university lab and NVIDIA's site in Yokneam.
Candidates must be an M.Sc. Graduate in Physics, Material Engineering or Chemistry continuing to PhD studies, with a strong theoretical background and experience using at least one of COMSOL, HFSS, Sentaurus/Silvaco/QuantumATK TCAD, plus experience in microelectronics clean room fabrication methods.
Candidates stand out with a double degree, hands-on experience with lab equipment like microscopy and spectroscopy, experience in PCB design, and traits like being forward-thinking, hardworking, creative, and autonomous.
