Requirements
- M.Sc. Graduate in Physics, Material Engineering or Chemistry continuing to PhD studies
- Strong theoretical background combined with experience using at least one of the following tools: COMSOL, HFSS, Sentaurus/Silvaco/QuantumATK TCAD
- Experience in microelectronics clean room fabrication methods
