TavusFull Time
Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates should possess strong passion for technology and a desire to influence the real world through algorithms and tools, demonstrating proactivity, self-driven problem-solving, and excellent engineering practices. Proficiency in PyTorch with end-to-end experience in data processing, model training, and deployment is required. Practical experience with LoRA, fine-tuning, DreamBooth, or similar techniques in video/image domains, along with a strong understanding of special effects application scenarios, is essential. Familiarity with video generation and visual models such as ViT, Diffusion, ControlNet, StyleGAN, and a solid understanding of visual generation model training and deployment pipelines are necessary. Solid coding skills and a strong grasp of algorithm fundamentals are required, with experience in distributed training tools like FSDP or Deepspeed being a plus. Experience in large-scale data processing, dataset construction, and automated data cleaning is a plus, as is experience with AIGC, video effects, or asset generation products.
The Video Generation & Editing Model Engineer will focus on post-training and task-specific fine-tuning of video generation and editing models, leveraging methods such as LoRA, DreamBooth, and full-parameter fine-tuning in special effects scenarios. Responsibilities include optimizing model performance in applications like effects compositing, character replacement, and style transfer, and designing/building large-scale data pipelines and automated annotation workflows. The role also involves researching and developing fine-tuning strategies and deployment solutions for video generation models across diverse application scenarios, exploring and implementing best practices for model compression, acceleration, and deployment, and collaborating closely with product and design teams to translate algorithms into creator-friendly product features.
Develops autonomous electric airplanes for agriculture
Pyka develops autonomous electric airplanes that can perform all flight operations without human intervention, including taxiing, takeoff, flight, and landing. These aircraft are particularly efficient, using less power than electric cars and featuring minimal moving parts, making them cost-effective for agricultural applications like crop spraying. Equipped with advanced sensors and software, Pyka's airplanes ensure precise flying close to the ground, reducing waste and increasing efficiency for large-scale farmers. The company's goal is to transform the agricultural aviation industry by providing safe, efficient, and affordable aerial solutions.
