Research & Development - European PhD Seminar 2026 at Procter & Gamble Company

Applicants must be Science and Engineering Ph.D. students in their last year of PhD, from disciplines like Natural, Life or Physical Sciences, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Biotechnological, Chemical and other Engineering disciplines, with graduation ideally between January 2026 and May 2027.

The seminar is a 4-day event at the German Innovation Center in Schwalbach and Kronberg from Sunday, April 19th through Thursday, April 23rd, 2025.

The recruiting process includes application, online assessment, and interviews, with the application deadline being February 1, 2026; after that, the selection process starts, and qualified attendees may be considered for full-time interviews.

Participants will practice using technical knowledge to address real problems, making difficult decisions, setting priorities, communicating ideas, motivating people and teams, and working as part of a team.
