Candidates must be pursuing Massachusetts State Licensure as a LMHC in Massachusetts. A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program is required, along with graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety. Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor is also necessary. Full-time availability (30 hours/week) and flexibility in work schedule are required.
Clinicians will provide 25 client visits per week, with 5 hours dedicated to administrative time including supervisory meetings. The role involves treating clients with depression and anxiety, conducting intakes, and diagnosing conditions.
