Position Overview

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking dedicated individuals pursuing their Massachusetts State Licensure as a LICSW. Requirements

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, specifically treating depression and anxiety.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.

What We Need From You

• Full-time availability: Minimum of 30 hours per week, including 25 client visits and 5 hours of administrative time (including supervisory meetings).
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt your work schedule.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service
• Earning Potential: $55,000 - $65,000 (may vary based on session volume and bonus opportunities).
