Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in North Carolina. We are a growing mental health provider dedicated to transforming mental health care by supporting our clinicians.

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in North Carolina who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. We are particularly interested in:

  • Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support).
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy being part of a team.
  • Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Individuals with strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina.
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

  • Up to $108,100 annually.
  • Compensation is based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
