Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Colorado)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Colorado. Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Colorado:
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Residency: Must be licensed and living in Colorado.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Partnership: A genuine desire for a true professional partnership.
• Specialization: Behavioral Health Generalists, open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Growth: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.
• Professionalism: Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Character: Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Teamwork: Enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Colorado.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.

Compensation

• Up to $111,900 annually, dependent on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
