Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience as a Release/Build Engineer managing releases for large and complex products. Strong project management skills are required, along with proficiency in source control systems like Git, and experience with change management systems, preferably JIRA. Responsibilities

The Product Software Release Engineer will oversee and manage releases through development and validation across various environments. They will regularly communicate release status, key issues, and updates to management and cross-functional teams. Defining and tracking release readiness criteria and metrics is crucial to ensure all changes meet requirements before deployment. The engineer will collaborate with engineering, project management, product, and QA teams to continuously improve the release lifecycle in a data-driven and solutions-focused manner. They will also proactively identify inefficiencies and automate manual processes to enhance release efficiency, while maintaining release artifacts and managing essential information, including build and release procedures and dependencies.
