The role involves functioning as part of the Home Therapies dialysis health care team, rotating with other licensed staff for coverage, participating in staff training, orientation, and required meetings, and engaging in CQI activities to support quality goals.
Strong candidates should have RN licensure, experience in dialysis or home therapies, skills in patient education and assessment, and the flexibility to float between Kona and Kamuela locations while participating in quality improvement and team coverage.
