Up to $15,000 retention bonus is available for new employees, defined as those not employed at Rogers for more than six months.
This is an onsite position.
Candidates need to be a registered nurse licensed by the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment with the license in good standing, American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire), and formal training in management of the aggressive patient (required within 60 days of hire). A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults are preferred.
The schedule is 32-40 hours per week with NOC shifts available: 11:00pm-7:30am or 7:00pm-7:30am.
Strong candidates will have a BSN, previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults, and be able to quickly obtain required CPR certification and aggressive patient management training.
