  • Knowledge of renal nutrition, diet, and kidney disease

Responsibilities

  • Provide nutritional services for in-center and home patients to maximize nutritional status and improve clinical outcomes
  • Assess patient's knowledge of diet and kidney disease
  • Offer patient-specific information about nutritional status, adequacy measures and results, fluid status, and nutrition-related lab parameters
  • Drive FMS culture through values and customer service standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships through timely communication
  • Take initiative to respond, resolve, and follow up on customer service issues
  • Actively participate in process improvement activities to help patients achieve individualized goals set by their physician
