Requirements

  • Licensed Dietitian in the State of Missouri

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an integrated care team, including agency and partner members, to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate staff on nutrition topics related to various physical and mental health conditions
  • Develop patient education materials in compliance with health literacy standards
