Candidates must be an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), demonstrating a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices. Previous experience working with children diagnosed with Autism is preferred, along with a passion for improving their lives and families. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a home setting.
The Registered Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one support to children diagnosed with Autism, implementing behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They will assist in acquiring new skills utilizing teaching procedures rooted in science, creating engaging and motivating learning environments, collecting data, and providing feedback as part of the clinical program. Additionally, they will participate in training, travel between clients, and potentially engage in administrative work or project opportunities, contributing to clinical research and professional development.
