Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance, preferably with an insurance carrier or in a sales role focused on brokers. They should have experience working with brokers and their clients, as well as experience using market data to inform decisions and drive process improvements. Additionally, familiarity with self-generating leads is expected.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive the broker strategy, ensuring brokers have the necessary information and tools to effectively understand and sell Sidecar Health’s insurance products. This includes building and managing broker relationships within the assigned geographic market, identifying distribution partners, representing the company at local events, identifying and testing growth opportunities, meeting sales goals, and providing local competitive intelligence and market research.
