Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of sales success, ideally in CRS Distribution or adjacent technologies, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. They should demonstrate numerical abilities – analytical, inquisitive, and accustomed to working on ROI, along with competency in prioritization and time management. Proficiency in a second language beyond English and experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com, are also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager - Europe will be primarily responsible for growth and revenue generation from Sabre Hospitality sales to new logos (hotel chains) within assigned territories in the European region. This includes leading, growing, and providing sales and development opportunities, executing to achieve sales targets, meeting profitability and revenue growth goals, and developing trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders up to C-Level. The role involves preparing and delivering successful sales approaches, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to win new business and facilitate onboarding, utilizing Salesforce.com for tracking activities, providing regular forecasts and updates, analyzing the competition and market opportunities, assisting in lead generation, and participating in industry trade shows/events.
