Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
3+ years of prior experience in finance or accounting
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records
Knowledge of accounting principles, including familiarity with general ledger accounts and accounting procedures
Strong communication skills to communicate findings and collaborate with other departments
Strong analytical skills to identify and analyze discrepancies and variances
Full proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with local banks and other financial institutions to support operational and treasury activities
Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional finance teams, including Finance Shared Services Centar, Invoicing, Collections, and Treasury
Oversee tax compliance by reviewing and ensuring timely filing and payment of all tax obligations
Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Centar and the Treasury team to coordinate accurate and timely tax payments
Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis on budgets vs actuals, as well as reconciliation of key financial accounts and reports
Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams
Assist in mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants
Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as delegated by the Team Lead
