  • Achieves success in a complex selling environment through collaboration with cross-functional partners (Medical, Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Key Account Management, Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations)
  • Assists with strategy and selling process, including closing transactions, for significant accounts
  • Works with cross-functional partners to plan and execute territory strategies to win opportunities and meet sales targets monthly/quarterly
  • Meets or exceeds region sales objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually; directs sales and sets performance goals
  • Analyzes sales data to direct representatives to highest priority activities
  • Collaborates with marketing to develop account playbooks, tools, and implement promotional pieces
  • Meets with representatives to develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and selling time
  • Conducts field rides, provides regular feedback and direction to representatives
  • Coaches representatives on strategy development for new opportunities and advancing them through the sales cycle
  • Analyzes regional/territory business and provides coaching to optimize performance
  • Ensures PDMA compliance and adherence to sampling policies
  • Manages region expenses within budget
  • Participates in or leads internal meetings to update progress and suggest solutions
  • Works cross-functionally on POAs and National Sales Meetings (objectives, training, agenda, metrics)
  • Oversees recruitment, hiring, and training of team
  • Supports field training initiatives and ongoing messaging workshops
