Requirements
- 6 months ammonia refrigeration or boiler room experience (qualifying candidates must take a tour before accepting a job offer)
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing up/down stairs and ladders, lifting 70 pounds or more
- Must work in cold, damp, hot, and humid environments
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Welding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
- Working 6 days per week with 2 rotating days off, including shifts on Sundays and some major holidays (all shifts)
