Responsibilities

Receive, sort, process and action mail received by the practice
Accurately and intelligently distribute pertinent mail pieces to the relevant departments: Finance, People, Legal, and Clinical
Review, scan, and process medical records received by the practice according to a defined process, ensuring providers have quick and accurate access to health information
Prepare and mail records and associated documentation as requested by patients, providers, and insurance companies
Securely handle, store, and dispose of all records in accordance to all legal and regulatory requirements
