Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, process and action mail received by the practice
  • Accurately and intelligently distribute pertinent mail pieces to the relevant departments: Finance, People, Legal, and Clinical
  • Review, scan, and process medical records received by the practice according to a defined process, ensuring providers have quick and accurate access to health information
  • Prepare and mail records and associated documentation as requested by patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Securely handle, store, and dispose of all records in accordance to all legal and regulatory requirements
