10 to 14 years of experience (or 15+ years or CA with 5 years’ experience)
Skill in Record To Report - Account Reconciliations
Knowledge of Order to Cash Processing
Knowledge of Finance Processes
Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
Ability to create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Clear understanding of strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Ability to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members on performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career discussions
Ability to monitor and drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor or team leads

Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes
Post journal entries
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Review entries and reconciliations
Prepare cash forecasting statements
Support month-end closing
Prepare reports
Support audits
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career discussions
Monitor and drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
