Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and filing skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse environments a plus

Responsibilities

Receive and review shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
Maintain and organize all receiving documentation, both physical and digital
File and archive receiving records according to company procedures and compliance standards
Communicate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
Input and update shipment and inventory data in internal systems
Prepare and distribute receiving reports and other required documentation
Assist with periodic audits of receiving records and inventory logs
Support continuous improvement of documentation and filing processes
