Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Maintain and organize all receiving documentation, both physical and digital
  • File and archive receiving records according to company procedures and compliance standards
  • Communicate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Input and update shipment and inventory data in internal systems
  • Prepare and distribute receiving reports and other required documentation
  • Assist with periodic audits of receiving records and inventory logs
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation and filing processes
