Responsibilities

Accurately receive product and support completion of receiving reports (e.g., direct-to-club reports, negative-on-hand reports)
Properly research and annotate receiving reports
Support processing and organization of files, receipts, and outbound shipment paperwork
Maintain dock security, including bag checks and monitoring flow of team members and visitors in/out of receiving and secure areas
Ensure compactors are locked, secured, used only by authorized personnel, and all product is properly accounted for
Safely operate a forklift to receive merchandise accurately according to company process and policy
Ensure received merchandise is properly stored
Maintain standards in the receiving department for organization, cleanliness, safe operation, product placement, product protection, and cold chain standards
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies and procedures
Lead with the member in mind, address concerns, escalate as appropriate, and deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily (e.g., Grand Opening Look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized areas)
