Responsibilities
Accurately receive product and support completion of receiving reports, including researching and annotating direct-to-club reports and negative-on-hand reports
Maintain standards in the receiving department for organization, cleanliness, safe forklift operation, safe product placement, product protection, and cold chain standards
Support processing and organization of files, receipts, and outbound shipment paperwork
Maintain dock security, conduct bag checks, monitor flow of team members and visitors in/out of receiving and secure areas
Ensure compactors are locked, secured, used only by authorized personnel, and all product is properly accounted for
Safely operate a forklift and receive merchandise accurately according to company processes and policies
Ensure received merchandise is properly stored according to product specifications
Receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits as needed
Process reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns
Ensure the dock is organized and clean
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
