Responsibilities
Accurately receive product and support completion of receiving reports (e.g., direct-to-club reports, negative-on-hand reports)
Research and annotate receiving reports
Support processing and organization of files, receipts, and outbound shipment paperwork
Maintain dock security, conduct bag checks, monitor flow of team members and visitors in/out of receiving and secure areas
Ensure compactors are locked, secured, used only by authorized personnel, and all product is accounted for
Safely operate forklift to receive and store merchandise accurately according to company process, policy, and product specifications
Receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and process DSD credits
Process reverse logistics information and corporate-office-initiated returns
Keep dock organized and clean
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
Carry out job functions supporting team, members, and club standards (e.g., flawless execution, honesty, integrity, inclusion, diversity, service excellence)
