Requirements

10+ years of business and/or real estate strategy experience
Educational Qualification: Business Management / Real Estate
Strong financial acumen
Strong business case development, rationalization and presentation skills
Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent track record of building relationships with stakeholders
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities

Responsibilities

Align overall real estate principles to deliver Market/MU real estate strategy
Manage and direct delivery of the RE strategy to meet business objectives for the Market/MU
Develop and manage real estate portfolio pipeline plan for the Market/MU
Provide senior management with timely information regarding the real estate portfolio and current transaction activity
Manage Real Estate V&A Due Diligence, including portfolio analysis, financial analysis (incl. dilapidations), Real Estate integration plan
Manage and review all real estate business cases in adherence to real estate policy and procedures (AP20, AP3, AP940 and other Accenture policies as appropriate)
Define business cases in the context of the broader strategy and principles, presenting information to support leadership decision making
Assess the portfolio to achieve maximum utilization of our assets
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Ensure adherence to policies related to Life Safety, GAP, and Sustainability
Direct and manage financial analysis to facilitate real estate decision making
Engage and partner with local capital projects lead for capital estimates and all other relevant matters
Responsible for alignment with corporate standards
All activities are done in consultation with CS&S Leadership and Services Leadership
