Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
  • Commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, focusing on diverse customer needs
  • Ability to adapt to change and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build and maintain professional relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and team members
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies
  • Preferred: Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
  • Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services (e.g., Prologis Essentials) and aligning them to customer needs
  • Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
  • Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
  • Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration
  • Apply highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
  • Leverage strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio
