Requirements
5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
Commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, focusing on diverse customer needs
Ability to adapt to change and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build and maintain professional relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and team members
Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies
Preferred: Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills
Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance
Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services (e.g., Prologis Essentials) and aligning them to customer needs
Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration
Apply highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
Leverage strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio
