Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academic record
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and genuine passion for excellence
  • Highly organized
  • Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Finance and Institutional Client Solutions (“ICS”) teams on all aspects of the Core+ business
  • Maintain fund models and conduct scenario analyses on portfolio allocation, returns and liquidity
  • Monitor investment activity and portfolio performance in conjunction with Acquisitions and Asset Management teams
  • Actively support analytics around balance sheet and hedging
  • Prepare internal presentations and reports (e.g. quarterly updates, annual strategy sessions, annual asset reviews)
  • Assist with quarterly reporting to LPs as well as preparation of investor materials in conjunction with the ICS team
