Responsibilities

  • Program governance and management: Plan, execute real estate and facilities projects (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, office fit-outs, relocations); oversee project lifecycle, set expectations, manage scope, ensure deliverables align with business goals and ROI
  • Develop programs’ vision, objectives, and execution plans
  • Strategic planning and reporting: Define organizational objectives, develop strategies; prepare and present reports on project status, budgets, timelines
  • Stay current on industry trends to inform best practices
  • Corporate real estate: Support strategic planning for expansions/restructuring, site selection, portfolio management; negotiate leases, manage property dispositions; ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards in partnership with legal and procurement
  • Budget and financial oversight: Create, manage, monitor program budgets; review/approve funding requests; ensure cost-effectiveness and financial integrity
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate and guide teams (real estate specialists, facilities, architects, engineers, suppliers)
  • Stakeholder & Team management: Act as primary point of contact; communicate progress, risks, goals to internal/external stakeholders including senior leadership, business units, vendors, contractors
  • Risk management: Identify risks (schedule, budget, resources) and develop mitigation strategies
  • Vendor and contract management: Manage relationships, oversee negotiations, procurement, performance for quality and compliance
  • Facilities and operations: Oversee programs for maintenance, safety, security, energy efficiency; manage external contractors
  • Quality and compliance: Monitor facility standards (safety, security, quality); perform quality control reviews and troubleshoot issues
