Active and unrestricted real estate license
Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business

Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Work with Redfin.com customers, including 100 new customers each year, plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win web leads, close deals, and earn referral business
Utilize support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for opportunities, showings, and events
