Candidates need a master's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, AI or related fields, solid programming skills in Java/Python/Scala, 3+ years in big data or knowledge graphs, familiarity with graph databases like Neo4j/JanusGraph/Nebula, mainstream big data tech stacks like Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Kafka/ElasticSearch, graph computing, embeddings, entity extraction, knowledge fusion, system design, problem-solving, team collaboration, and good English reading/writing skills.
Priorities go to candidates with open-source project contributions, experience in LLM and graph applications, large-scale graph project implementations, or AI/NLP backgrounds.
