Candidates must possess an advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, such as a Master's degree (MSc) or a PhD. They should have experience and knowledge of AI/ML and LLM models and technologies applied to Finance and Trading, along with proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and C++. Prior experience in a quantitative role within a trading environment is a plus, as is experience solving data-intensive problems and demonstrated ability to complete statistical or applied mathematical research.
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will work with a team to develop various trading signals, AI/ML models, and quant strategies for financial markets, designing and implementing components of the research and innovation system. You will evaluate the effectiveness of these components using accurate statistical methods, and contribute to the overall research and development efforts within the firm.
