Candidates must possess at least two years of experience as a quantitative researcher or analyst, requiring a master’s degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a related field. They should demonstrate a proven academic record, strong learning skills, and a passion for tackling complex problems within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with at least one programming tool, particularly Python, is essential, along with experience in hedge/mutual funds, trading houses, or investment banks, and knowledge of trading data processing and price prediction. Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and understanding of DEX trading is also advantageous, and fluency in English is required for collaboration with international partners.
The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for ideating, designing, back-testing, and implementing pricing, risk management, and agency trading strategies, directly interacting with the development team to ensure smooth implementation into the trading platform. They will also participate in all stages of the development of new products, including ideation, modeling, risk management, and parameter tuning.
