Requirements

  • Ability to work Night Shift 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat (equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to walk & stand on production floor throughout work shift with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse to evaluate product quality
  • Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications
  • Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance
  • Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
