Responsibilities

Perform inspection and measuring activity
Molding & Stamping & Assembly part qualification measurement
Coordinate spare part set-up inspection
Timely feedback any abnormal quality during the measuring
Clearly identify any questionable materials after measure
Correctly record the inspection results
Execute daily maintenance of measuring equipment
Monitor all measuring equipment in the period of validity
Follow the Company EHS policies
Prevent waste materials, participate in water and electricity savings, and protect nature
Support engineer to prepare the measurement method/position for new project
Support engineer to present measurement comparison at customer side
Support engineer to analyze the product issue from GD&T
Prepare the SPC and MSA for new project
