Responsibilities

Assure all customer and company quality expectations are satisfied through manufacturing and inspection processes
Identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities
Provide effective functional support for assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods, and services to meet department and customer requirements
Support Customer Returned Goods functions and non-conforming material
Adapt to changes in work plan, priorities, and management decisions
Support improvement initiatives and actively participate to improve work environment (e.g., 6S)
Look for opportunities to improve work productivity and efficiency
Lead development and direction of Quality Inspectors
Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis
