Responsibilities

  • Assure all customer and company quality expectations are satisfied through manufacturing and inspection processes
  • Identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities
  • Provide effective functional support for assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods, and services to meet department and customer requirements
  • Support Customer Returned Goods functions and non-conforming material
  • Adapt to changes in work plan, priorities, and management decisions
  • Support improvement initiatives and actively participate to improve work environment (e.g., 6S)
  • Look for opportunities to improve work productivity and efficiency
  • Lead development and direction of Quality Inspectors
  • Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis
