Work in electro-mechanical manufacturing environment with required personal protective equipment (comfortable temperatures, low noise, suitable lighting)
Less than 40% travel

Responsibilities

Provide effective functional support of assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods, and services to meet department and customers' requirements
Support Non-Conforming Material processes
Report basic feedback to Focus Factory and Customer Focused Team with issues during the shift to help continuous improvement activities
Understand and follow Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications, and adhere to regulatory compliance
Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met, look for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste
Keep supervisors informed and escalate issues when needed
Lead in development and providing direction of Quality Inspectors
