  • Ability to perform repetitive computer tasks in various software for creating, editing, and saving quality records
  • Work in electro-mechanical manufacturing environment with personal protective equipment (comfortable temperatures, low noise, suitable lighting)
  • Less than 40% travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective functional support for assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods, and services to meet department and customer requirements
  • Support Non-Conforming Material processes
  • Report basic feedback to Focus Factory and Customer Focused Team on issues during the shift to support continuous improvement activities
  • Understand and follow Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met, identify opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste
  • Keep supervisors informed and escalate issues when needed
  • Lead in development and provide direction to Quality Inspectors
