Responsibilities

  • Inspect component-level and integrated Hermeus components to ensure they meet process specifications, print requirements, and quality standards
  • Assist in the development of inspection procedures and criteria
  • Document inspection results, including measurements, observations, and any identified issues leveraging an MES system
  • Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve inspection discrepancies, documentation issues, and other potential nonconformities
  • Resolve nonconformance and documentation issues, support Quality Management System policies and procedure documentation, and assess compliance to company and industry standards
  • Participate in continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to aerospace quality inspections and policies
