Responsibilities

Inspect component-level and integrated Hermeus components to ensure they meet process specifications, print requirements, and quality standards
Assist in the development of inspection procedures and criteria
Document inspection results, including measurements, observations, and any identified issues leveraging an MES system
Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve inspection discrepancies, documentation issues, and other potential nonconformities
Resolve nonconformance and documentation issues, support Quality Management System policies and procedure documentation, and assess compliance to company and industry standards
Participate in continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to aerospace quality inspections and policies
