Requirements

Knowledge of basic assembly and fabrication procedures and methods
The ability to follow and comprehend verbal, specific and detailed procedures and work instructions

Responsibilities

Inspect functions to check accuracy of in process parts, assemblies, materials, electrical assemblies and generator sets
Analyse special problems arising from faulty methods, defective materials, assembly difficulties and customer service complaints and recommend corrective measures
Initiate special reports and engineering changes to improve and maintain the quality of work produced
Responsible for statistical reporting
Responsible for processes under ISO9001 and MQ12005
Compliance with safety and quality standards
Compliance with 5S programme and other business improvement initiatives
Display behaviour and conduct fitting with our Values in Action
Train other employees if and when required
Any other appropriate duties
