Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949 or other relevant standards
- Lead internal and external audits; oversee corrective and preventive actions
- Review and approve inspection reports, certificates of analysis, and product release documentation
- Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and root causes
- Qualify, monitor, and audit suppliers; manage incoming material inspections
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance
- Hire, train, and mentor quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors
