Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products consistently meet defined specifications, actively promoting a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) mindset
  • Develop and sustain/foster a problem-solving culture
  • Lead Quality event Root Cause/Corrective Action investigation and timely resolution
  • Develop, mentor, and empower a growing team responsible for internal quality assurance, process improvement, and supplier and customer quality management
  • Develop, utilize, and maintain critical quality documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Quality Plans, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs); lead internal training sessions on these processes
  • Evaluate quality requirements and develop or revise quality system documentation as needed
  • Compile, organize, and present technical data and quality reports to senior management and customers to drive process improvements
  • Conduct regular internal audits and Quality Management Reviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party
