Responsibilities
Ensure all products consistently meet defined specifications, actively promoting a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) mindset
Develop and sustain/foster a problem-solving culture
Lead Quality event Root Cause/Corrective Action investigation and timely resolution
Develop, mentor, and empower a growing team responsible for internal quality assurance, process improvement, and supplier and customer quality management
Develop, utilize, and maintain critical quality documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Quality Plans, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs); lead internal training sessions on these processes
Evaluate quality requirements and develop or revise quality system documentation as needed
Compile, organize, and present technical data and quality reports to senior management and customers to drive process improvements
Conduct regular internal audits and Quality Management Reviews
