Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field, and have at least two years of experience in a quality laboratory environment. They must not be allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporin or related products and materials, and demonstrate proficiency in using sophisticated laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, HPLC/MS, and GC.

Responsibilities

The Quality Lab Associate II will conduct critical chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, as well as environmental monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulations. They will serve as a mentor to QLA I positions, providing training and work direction, perform review of test data, conduct release functions, maintain data integrity, participate in teams to improve efficiency and quality, and perform laboratory and manufacturing audits. Additionally, they will document testing results, maintain accurate records, and contribute to plant SOP updates and equipment maintenance.
