Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Business, or a related field (noted under "What You Need to Succeed"; engineering-related degree/certification under "Experience and Skills Required")
Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (no sponsorship for employment visa status)
Demonstrated leadership and initiative through extracurricular activities, school projects, or work experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn new skills
Strong time management and creative problem-solving abilities
Understanding of print reading and basic GD&T principles
General capability with MS suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI a plus
Participate in the APQP process including pFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP processes to support New Products

Responsibilities

Team with Operation Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and EH&S to support plant relay out activities
Work with Process Engineering and Operations to root cause and corrective action production line quality issues
Collaborate with metrology team to evaluate measurement strategies using Zeiss CMM, OGP SmartScopes and open setups and hand tools
Responsible for a specific project, and/or plant quality at the Security facility
Work closely with operations, process engineering, design engineering, test engineering, materials as well as external vendors and corporate supplier quality engineering
Other projects as assigned
