Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Business, or a related field (noted under "What You Need to Succeed"; engineering-related degree/certification under "Experience and Skills Required")
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (no sponsorship for employment visa status)
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative through extracurricular activities, school projects, or work experience
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn new skills
  • Strong time management and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of print reading and basic GD&T principles
  • General capability with MS suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI a plus
  • Participate in the APQP process including pFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP processes to support New Products

Responsibilities

  • Team with Operation Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and EH&S to support plant relay out activities
  • Work with Process Engineering and Operations to root cause and corrective action production line quality issues
  • Collaborate with metrology team to evaluate measurement strategies using Zeiss CMM, OGP SmartScopes and open setups and hand tools
  • Responsible for a specific project, and/or plant quality at the Security facility
  • Work closely with operations, process engineering, design engineering, test engineering, materials as well as external vendors and corporate supplier quality engineering
  • Other projects as assigned
